Why This Training?

Stress management training is now recognised by employers as a way to make a positive contribution to the wellbeing of their employees. This can lead to reduced sickness absence levels, improved morale and the ability to cope more easily with change.

Julie Gallimore MA MCIPD

Julie specialises in delivering Stress Management Skills, Work Life Balance and Counselling Skills at Work for Peter Delves Associates.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has extensive experience working with the public and private sectors. Julie’s philosophy to training is that learning happens quicker and easier the more delegates are able to engage and enjoy the process.
